1/24 R/C MudMad (Assembly Kit) (SW-01)
Tamiya welcomes a new model kit on the super-compact SW-01 chassis, called the “MudMad!”
The body is inspired by off-road vehicles and was dreamt up by designer Takayaki Yamazaki who modelers will remember from the Dual Ridge and other Tamiya vehicles.
About the Model
• This is a 1/24 scale R/C model assembly kit. Length: 190mm.
• The brand new off road car-inspired body is molded in lightweight and durable polycarbonate. It is magnetsecured for swift attachment and detachment, and comes pre-painted in PS-3 Light blue.
• The SW-01 chassis is a compact unit which promises bundles of fun!
• The body leans in the direction in which the model steers, achieving remarkably tight turning circles and helping to suppress roll.
• Strut style suspension gives a perky drive.
• A central Type 370 motor transmits power to the front and rear in a gear-driven 4WD setup.
• Can be used with standard size servos and R/C equipment despite its compact nature.
• Compatible with Tamiya LF Battery LF1100-6.6V Racing Pack (M-Size) as a power source. A battery case is available in our Spare Parts line-up for drivers who want to power their model with R6/AA/UM3 batteries.
• Tamiya Type 370 motor are included.
