The following instructions below is about return and exchange in a clearer way than the purchase conditions applies to return and exchange items.

Open purchase
We offer open purchase within 100 days in addition to the statutory right of rights of regret. 100 days of open purchase is limited to return only if the packaging is unbroken and the product is unused. We reserve the right to refuse open purchase if these requirements can't be met and then return the products to shipping cost.

Right of return
As a consumer you have 14 days to return your item from the time you have received your item we have sent you. You don't need to state any reason when you regret your purchase. The right of return expires 14 days after the day when you or any third party, but not the carrier, received the goods or in case of part delivery when you or any third party, not the carrier received the last goods physically.

If you want to return your item, please contact us via email or post within 14 days, you can also return your item immediately whitout contacting us before.

If the options above don't suit you, you have the legal right to use the form for pursue the right of returns that the Consumer Agency has produced.

You must return the item according to the instructions below without unnecessary delay and in any case not later than 14 days after the day you informed us that you will pursue the right of return.

The product must be complete. This means that all accessories (remote control, manual, batteries etc) must be included in the return.

Some product are not covered by the right of return. If the products seal is broken, the products can't be returned. Examples of these products are: headsets, headphones, confectionery, cosmetics, massage oils and intimate products. have the right to charge the cost price for any missing parts/accessories, instead of denying the returnes, if possible.

The right of returns normally refund in full entirety. If the products are handled to a greater extent than necessary, we will deduct the value of a product from a value reduction. The deduction is normally our cost price to replace missing items, used or damaged goods or parts of goods, but can also be deductions for reduced value due to how the goods are used.

Companies have no right of return.

To avoid problems when you want to return an item, please contact customer service before sending back product if you are unsure.

To pursue the rights of return you apply for a return on Service & assistance within 14 days for a right of return or 100 days for open purchase. You will get a return shipping label and you return the goods back to us via your nerest pick up point.

You pay for the return shipping cost (50 NOK incl. VAT) when pursue the right of return. This is deducted on the credited amount when the return is received.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria are returned to the sender against return shipping cost.

Shipments that arrive without information or sender are sorted out and saved for two months, then discarded if no claim has been received.

Teknikproffset has no opportunity to collect packages that are sent on their own by DHL, Bring or Schenker's private services.

Teknikproffset does not redeem packages collect on delivery/cash on delivery.

Unclaimed shipment is not considered as use of the right of return.

When pursue the right of return or open purchase, we will refund you for both the goods and the original shipping cost if the entire order is returned (no extra delivery costs due to the fact that you have chosen any other delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) The refound is usually made within 1-2 days, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were notified of your decision to pursue the right of return (provided that return is received in its entirety). We will refund you with the same payment that you used for the order. The refund will not cost you anything.
